الملخص الانجليزي
This study explores the extent of using public relations practitioners to online interactions methods in Non-profit organizations concerned its role can play in improving public relations functions. The main question of the research is: to what extent about development working in Egypt, and are the interactive communication methods used by the public relations practitioners in Egyptian Non-profit organizations to communicate with society? Results have concluded that the rate of using different interactive communication methods in public relations is still low. The main obstructive in using interactive media methods in Egyptian Non-profit organizations is the lack of trained public relations practitioners, The Egyptian Non-profit organizations are using the interactive media mainly for the narrow benefits of the organization and still missing the power of its uses to these platforms for community, as building and mobilization tool.
