Iraq has entered in 2003 a new stage of economic and social crises, which are very
similar to what with crises witnessed by the developing countries, which have adopted
the path of economic reform, despite the enjoy of Iraq in many economic fundamentals,
which in the forefront of natural resources and human potential, but the poor economic
management and political leaders of the difficult political, economic and social
situations, as was the destroy of the infrastructure and the deterioration of the economic
indicators and social conditions reached advanced stages of deterioration through
higher unemployment and poverty and attainment of dangerous rates, amid these
situations came the war on terrorism after June of 2014, which established the
predicament economically and socially, so must be adopting of the reform programs to
save what can be saved and because it the proper way to go toward development
