Abstract
ان الذكاء العاطفي يسعد الفرد على فهم وتحليل انفعالات الاخرين ليتمكن من تحقيق قدر كبير من التكيف مع نفسه ومع الاحرين ويتمكن من ادارة الضغوط وحل المشكلات المحيطة به اذ يستطيع الفرد ان يجعل عواطفه تعمل من اجله او لصالحه باستعمالها في ترشيد سلوكه وتفكيره بطرائق ووسائل تزيد من فرص نجاحه في الحياة .
Abstract
Emotional Intelligence is happy for the individual to understand and analyze the emotions of others so that he can achieve a great deal of adaptation to himself and with the Ahren and be able to manage the pressures and solve the problems surrounding it as the individual can make his emotions work for him or his benefit in the rationalization of his behavior and thinking ways and means of increasing opportunities His success in life
