Abstract
من مؤشرات التكيف هو شعور الفرد بالرضى عن عمله وعن مستواه الاقتصادي وكذلك شعوره بأن الاخرين يقدرون عمله ويهتمون به وكذلك حبه لنوع العمل الذي يمارسه والفرص التي تتوافر له سواء للتدريب او الاستفادة من خبراته وافكاره وكذلك شعوره بالامن والاستقرار النفسي
Abstract
The indicators of adaptation is the individual's satisfaction with his work and his economic level, as well as his feeling that others appreciate his work and care about him, as well as his love for the type of work he is doing and the opportunities that are available to him either for training or to benefit from his experiences and ideas as well as his sense of security and psychological stability
