Abstract
A b s t r a c t - The detection of the enzyme catalase in the leaf of cabbage green enzyme efficiency was estimated, amounting to 268.31 units / ml of crude Alanzymy efficiency and quality at 78.9 unit / mg The total protein concentration of 0.34 mg / ml and a purification of 1 fold and Anzymyt 100% then were studied The pH optimum function of the effectiveness of the enzyme 6 and 35 C optimum temperature and pH was the optimum function of the stability of the enzyme 7.5 and optimum temperature for the stability of the enzyme was 40 C.
