إن تكوين تصور عن تطور التشريعات التي تضبط قطاع الأوقاف وما يتصل به هو ضرورة لازمة لكل من يريد إصلاح هذا القطاع الهام الذي أُحدِثت له في سورية مع أوائل الستينيات من القرن الماضي وزارة تقوم عليه. وقد حظي التنظيم القانوني لقطاع الأوقاف باهتمام منذ النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر حتى أيامنا هذه، إذ صدرت عشرات التشريعات لتنظيم قطاع الأوقاف. وقد جاء هذا البحث ليبين أهم تلك التشريعات في سورية لفترة تمتد على قرن ونصف من الزمان تقريباً، ويُبين كيف عالجت إدارةَ قطاع الأوقاف وما يتصل به.
Abstract
The formation of a vision of the development of legal legislation that control the endowments sector and related to it is a necessity for those who want to reform this important sector, which became in Syria in the early sixties of the last century and a ministry based on it. The legal legislation of the endowments sector has received attention since the second half of the nineteenth century to the present day, as dozens of legislations have been issued to regulate the endowments sector. This research came to show the most important legislation in Syria for a period of nearly a century and a half, and shows how the management of the endowments sector and related.
