هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين السعادة الحقيقية ونوعية حياة العمل لدى مراقبي الحركة الجوية العاملين بمطار هواري بومدين بالجزائر، كما سعت الى التعرف على مستويات هذه المتغيرات، اجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 88 مراقب للحركة الجوية، وللتحقق من الفرضيات تم استخدام مقياس السعادة الحقيقية ومقياس نوعية حياة العمل مكيف على البيئة العربية. تشير النتائج الى وجود علاقة موجبة بين السعادة الحقيقية ونوعية حياة العمل، كما يتميز افراد العينة رغم الضغوط بمشاعر السعادة الحقيقية ونوعية حياة العمل مرضية.
Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the relationship between true happiness and the quality of work life among air traffic controllers working at Houari Boumediene airport in Algeria, and also sought to identify the levels of these variables. The study was conducted on a sample of 88 air traffic controllers, and to verify the hypotheses, the measure of true happiness was used. The quality of work life measure is adapted to the Arab environment. The results indicate that there is a positive relationship between true happiness and the quality of work life. The sample members, despite the pressures, are distinguished by feelings of true happiness and the quality of work life is satisfactory.
