Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of qualifying under the qualified teachers program at Hebron University on professional practice and the readiness of teaching. The study sample consisted of 400 teachers have undergone training at Hebron University Teachers got training on seven educational competencies which were reflected by 18 credit hours. The findings showed that the trainees have employed active learning tools, and employ Moodle environment in education remarkably, and teachers, professional practice has been shifted from traditional patterns to utilizing active learning patterns.
