Abstract
An analytical study published in Issue 337 of 2009, Journal of the Yemeni Army, presents the concept of the Cold War and its stages of development and its return with heat, the emergence of regional challenges and the conduct of successive military maneuvers, which made the world yearn to find a new world order away from hegemony, exclusivity, chaos, proliferation of weapons and armed conflicts
