Abstract: البلورات الضوئية هي هياكل نانوية ضوئية دورية تؤثر على حركة الفوتون بنفس الطريقة التي تؤثر بها أشباه الموصلات على الإلكترونات تتميز بلورات الضوئيات بخصائص ناتجة عن حيود الهياكل الدورية وقد تُظهر فجوة نطاق للفوتونات.
Abstract: Photonics crystals are periodic optical nanostructures that affect of the motion of photon in much the same way that semiconductors affect electrons Photonics crystals have properties give by the diffraction of the periodic structures and may exhibit a band gap for photons.
