لدى مصالح وزارة التجارة ومجلس المنافسة الصلاحيات الكبرى والآليات لمراقبة مدى إحترام قانون المنافسة والحرص على تطبيقه وهذا قصد ضمان منافسة فعالة في السوق، تجمع كل الممارسات التي بإمكانها المساس بالسير الحسن للمنافسة تحت تسمية "الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة"، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة من اجل التعرف على الآليات القانونية المقررة لقمع الممارسات الماسة بحرية المنافسة والأسعار في السوق الجزائرية، وكذا مراقبة التجميعات الاقتصادية من أجل إضفاء المزيد من الفعالية الاقتصادية وتعزيز معيشة المستهلك الجزائري.
Abstract
the Ministry of Trade and the Competition Council have the greatest powers and mechanisms to monitor the observance and enforcement of competition law to ensure effective competition in the market ,Combining all practices that can compromise the good conduct of competition under the designation "restrictive practices of competition".
The study aims to identify the legal mechanisms established to suppress practices that infringe on the freedom of competition and prices in the Algerian market, as well as to monitor economic groupings to make economic effectiveness more effective and enhance the consumer's livelihood.
