يتمحور موضوع الد ا رسة حول أثر التدخلات الخارجية على الأمن القومي الليبي، حيث شهدت ليبيا خلال الفترة المحددة
للد ا رسة تدخلات خارجية مختلفة الصور والأشكال، كان لها تداعيات مختلفة على أمنها القومي. هدفت الد ا رسة إلى تسليط
الضوء على تدخلات الدول المؤثرة في ليبيا، وتوضيح دوافعها للتدخل، وتداعيات هذه التدخلات على مقومات الأمن القومي
الليبي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث منهج د ا رسة الحالة، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث كانت ليبيا هي حالة
الد ا رسة من 2011 م حتى 2023 م. وانتهت الد ا رسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: تعدد التدخلات الخارجية في ليبيا بصور
مختلفة، وتباين أهمية دوافع التدخل بالنسبة لكل طرف ما بين المصالح الاقتصادية، والسياسية، والأيديولوجية، التي لها
تداعيات سلبية مختلفة على الأوضاع السياسية، والاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، ا زدت من تعقيد الأزمة السياسية، مما جعل منها
تهديدات خطيرة على وحدة أ ا رضي ليبيا وحدودها، ووحدة واستقلال الق ا رر السياسي وسيادته، وخط ا ر على الموارد الاقتصادية
التي تتعرض للسلب والنهب والفساد، وخطر على وحدة وانسجام مكونات المجتمع الليبي، والتي في مجملها تمثل انتهاكا
خطي ا ر لمقومات الأمن القومي الليبي، في ظل غياب أي است ا رتيجية واضحة للنخب السياسية للتعامل مع هذه التهديدات.
وأوصت الد ا رسة بأهمية توعية النخب السياسية، والمجتمع الليبي بتداعيات التدخلات الخارجية الخطيرة على الامن القومي
الليبي، وضرورة وضع است ا رتيجية قومية للتعامل مع هذه التهديدات.
Abstract
The subject of the study revolves around the impact of external interventions on Libyan national
security, as Libya witnessed, during the period specified for the study, external interventions of
various shapes and forms, which had different repercussions on its national security. These
interventions are on the elements of Libyan national security, and to achieve the objectives of
the research, the researcher used the case study approach, and the analytical approach, where
Libya was the case study from 2011 AD until the present time 2023 AD, as the study ended
with a number of results, the most important of which are: the multiplicity of external
interventions in Libya in different forms, and the varying importance of The motives for
intervention for each party are between economic, political, and ideological interests, which
have various negative repercussions on the political, economic, and social conditions that have
increased the complexity of the political crisis, making it serious threats to Libya’s territorial
integrity and borders, the unity, independence and sovereignty of the political decision, and a
threat to resources. The economy that is exposed to looting and corruption, and the unity and
harmony of the components of Libyan society, which in their entirety are a serious violation of
the foundations of national security. and Mai al-Libi, in the absence of any clear strategy for
the political elites to deal with these threats. The study recommended the importance of
educating the political elites and the Libyan society about the repercussions of dangerous
foreign interventions on Libyan national security, and the need to develop a national strategy
to deal with these threats.
