Amal Bakr Shori was born in Saudi Arabia. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Biology science, she awarded full scholarship from King Abdul Allah Grant (Saudi Arabia) to pursue her M.Sc. in biotechnology and Ph.D. in food biotechnology at University of Malaya, Malaysia. Shori was included in the Who's Who in the World 2014 -31th Edition for her distinguishing researches. Currently, Dr. Shori is working as assistant professor at King Abdulaziz University, Faculty of Science, Department of Biological Sciences, Saudi Arabia. My research interests include Molecular biology, Nutritional Biochemistry, medicinal plants, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, functional food, dairy products, rheology, probiotic, microbiology, antioxidant, proteolysis, and food toxicity.
