لغرض قياس كفاءة النظام التعليمي، لبيان مواطن القوة والضعف وذلك لتدعيم نقاط القوة واقتراح معالجة محاور الخلل ضمن تطبيق منهجية ادارة الجودة الشاملة "TQM" لتشخيص مستوى كفاءة كليات جامعة بغداد ومدى استغلالها لمواردها "المدخلات" لتحقيق اقصى قدر من المخرجات من خلال استعمال اسلوب كمي يعرف بتحليل مغلف البيانات هو اسلوب رياضي غير معلمي يعتمد على البرمجة الخطية والتي هي احد اهم تطبيقات بحوث العلميات/الادارة الكمية، اذ يقدم هذا الاسلوب تقييميا موضوعيا لعدد من المؤسسات المتماثلة فيما بعضها.تهدف هذه الورقة الى اعتماد ترتيب "Ranking" لغرض قياس وتقويم كفاءة اداء كليات جامعة بغداد استنادا الى نتائج الكفاءة الفائقة والتامة المحسوبة من انموذج تحليل البيانات المغلفة "DEA" من اجل الافادة منها في وضع خطة للتحسين فضلا عن الاستغلال الامثل للموارد.
Abstract
