يتطرق البحث في بدايته إلى موضوع تأسيس الإرسالية الأمريكية العربية وبيان أهدافها الأساسية ،ثم يتناول كيفية افتتاح مركزا لهم في البحرين الذي تحول فيما بعد ليكون مقرا للإرسالية في منطقة الخليج العربي ،وكذلك بيان نشاطها الديني الذي هو الهدف الأساس الذي كانت تسعى إلى تحقيقه الإرسالية ويوضح البحث نشاطها في المجال التعليمي وما هي الخطوات التي اتخذتها الإرسالية كتأسيس المدارس وبيع الكتب وادخال الدروس الدينية التي تخص الدين المسيحي في التغليم ،كما بين البحث كيفية الاهتمام بالجانب الصحي المتمثل بافتتاح المراكز والمستشفيات وجلب الأطباء وتقديم الخدمات الطبية لأهالي البحرين .
Abstract
The research tackles the beginning of the mission of the American-Arab Mission and its main objectives. It then deals with how to open a center in Bahrain, which later became the headquarters of the mission in the Arabian Gulf region, as well as its religious activity. And the steps taken by the Mission, such as the establishment of schools and the sale of books and the introduction of religious lessons related to the Christian religion in the Altalim. The research also showed how to care about the health aspect of opening centers and hospitals, bringing doctors and providing cheek Medical data for the people of Bahrain.
