تجد المؤسسات اليوم نفسها أمام تحديات كبيرة نظرا للتطور التكنولوجي واقتحام التكنولوجيات الحديثة للمؤسسات بصفة عامة والمؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة خاصة حيث تجد هذه الأخيرة نفسها عاجزة عن تسيير واستغلال الكم الهائل من الوثائق التي تنتجها وتستقبلها يوميا في إطار القيام بنشاطاتها دون وجود تقنيات ومناهج علمية مدروسة من شأنها تسهيل استغلال الرصيد الوثائقي.
Abstract
today, the institutions face great challenges due to the technological development and the intrusion of modern technologies into institutions in general and economic institutions in particular. The latter find themselves incapable of managing and exploiting the vast amount of documents produced and received daily in the framework of carrying out their activities without the existence of well-studied scientific techniques and methodologies that facilitate Exploitation of Documentary Balance.
