تسعي هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة موضوع الحركات الاحتجاجية والاجتماعية في ليبيا، من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية تاريخية حيث استطاع الحراك المجتمعي في ليبيا 2011م تفكيك وإسقاط بنية السلطة المركزية الحاكمة، وخلق واقعاً جديداً على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي، وذلك بطرح عدد من التساؤلات أهمها وهو: ما دور وطبيعة الحركات الاحتجاجية والاجتماعية في المجتمع الليبي؟ وهل عمليات القبول والتأييد للحركات الاحتجاجية والاجتماعية في المجتمع الليبي مرهون باستقطاب القبيلة؟ وبينت الدراسة إن غياب الدولة أو السلطة المركزية أو ضعفها أو انقسامها، فأن الفضاءات العمومية تصبح مجالا رحبًا للحركات الاحتجاجية، ليس في المدن الكبرى، وإنما يمتد ليشمل العديد من المدن والقري الصغيرة، كما أنه في الوقت نفسه لم ينتج عنه غياب المؤسسات التي استمدت شرعيتها من ديناميكية الشبكات الاجتماعية، فنجاح أي احتجاج اجتماعي مرهون بالدرجة الأولى على عمليات القبول والتأييد والاستقطاب والقبلي، فالمجتمع القبلي كان ومازال أقوى من السلطة المركزية
Abstract
This study seeks to discuss the issue of protest and social movements in Libya, where the social mobility in Libya 2011 dismantled and overthrew the structure of the central ruling power, and created a new reality at the political and social level, By asking a number of questions, the most important of which is: What role and nature of protest movements and social in the Libyan society? Are the processes of acceptance and support of the protests and social movements in the Libyan society depends on the polarization of the tribe? The study shows that the absence or weakness of the state or central authority, public spaces become a broad area of protest movements, not in the major cities, but extends to many cities and small villages, and at the same time did not result in the absence of institutions that derived their legitimacy from The dynamics of social networks, the success of any social protest depends primarily on the processes of acceptance, support, polarization and tribal, tribal community was and still stronger than the central authority.
