تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة موضوع البحث العلمي في العلوم الاجتماعية من خلال طرح تساؤل رئيس وهو: كيف يمكن تطوير السياسات البحثية في قسم علم الاجتماع بجامعة طرابلس مع ضمان جودة تلك البحوث؟ حيث يعتبر البحث العلمي من أهم أهداف منظومة التعليم العالي في ليبيا، إلا أنه لا يحظى بالاهتمام والدعم للقيام بدوره على مستوى جُلّ الجامعات الليبية، وعلى مستوى المجتمع، حيث بينت الدراسة وجود عدد من المشكلات التي تواجه إنجاز البحوث في العلوم الاجتماعية، بالتالي تبرز الحاجة لبناء معايير خاصة للجودة البحثية، ونقصد هنا بالمعايير هي المواصفات والسمات اللازمة للبحوث رغبة في الحصول على جودة بحثية، وتؤدي بالتالي إلى زيادة فعاليتها وقدرتها على المنافسة.
Abstract
This study seeks to discuss the subject of scientific research in the social sciences by asking a key question: How can research policies in the Department of Sociology of Tripoli University be developed while ensuring the quality of such research? Where scientific research is one of the most important goals of the system of higher education in Libya, but does not receive the attention and support to play its role at the level of most Libyan universities, and at the community level, where the study revealed a number of problems facing the completion of research in social sciences, Specific criteria for quality research, namely standards and characteristics required for research in order to obtain research quality, and thus increase their effectiveness and competitiveness.
