تولي المؤسسات الرسمية، ومنها التعليمية، في الوطن العربي اهتماما متناميا بموضوع اللغة العربية؛ لما لها من أهمية بالغة، وانعكاسات مباشرة، ومؤثرة، على مخرجات وظيفتها، وفعاليتها، ومصداقية ارتباطها المباشر بنمو المجتمع وتطوره في كنف ثقافة عصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات. ومن هنا يأتي دور إعادة صياغة الرؤى التعليمية والتربوية ـ في سياق تطوير المناهج ـ من أولويات القيادات المعنية؛ للحرص على مكانة اللغة العربية، حتى تكون مواكبة لمتطلبات العصر، وقريبة من مجال صناعة المنظومة المعلوماتية التي أصابت اللغة العربية بالتغيير.
لقد أثبتت الحقائق العلمية ـ والطبيعية ـ أن للغة دورًا في التنمية المستدامة Sustainable Development. ولعل الاستثمار في الموارد البشرية وتأهيلها معرفيا، باللغة المصدر، يجعل من نصيب قضايا التنمية ـ بوجه عام ـ في تنامٍ مطرد، وبتحقيق عائد نفعي في المنظومة الاجتماعية، ومن هنا يكون الإنفاق في المعرفة باللغة الوطنية استثمارا ناجعًا لتعزيز الهوية، وانعكاسَ فوائد ذلك على بناء الشخصية.
Abstract
In the Arab world, official institutions, including educational ones, have a growing interest in the subject of the Arabic language, because they are of great importance and have direct and influential implications for their job outcomes, their effectiveness and the credibility of their direct link with the growth of the society and its development within the culture of the information age. Hence, the role of reformulating educational and educational visions in the context of curriculum development is one of the priorities of the concerned leaders to ensure the status of the Arabic language so as to be in line with the demands of the age and close to the field of manufacturing the information system that influenced the Arabic language with change.
