تطرق البحث الى العلاقات العراقية البحرينية خلال المدة 1971-1981 وكان بدايته التعرف على الموقف العراقي من قضية استقلال البحرين وما حصل من تطورات وزيارات متابدلة بين البلدين ،الا ان تلك العلاقات لم تستمر على وضعها الطبيعي بل مجموعة من الاسباب ادت الى تغيرها ،كما تناول البحث موقف البلدين من العديد من القضايا السياسية وما مرت به المنطقة ،كما تناول البحث العلاقات الاقتصادية بين البلدين مركزا على الاتفاقات الاقتصادية وحجم التبادل التجاري بينهما
Abstract
The study dealt with the Iraqi-Bahraini relations during the period 1971-1981. It was the beginning of recognition of the Iraqi position on the issue of independence of Bahrain and the developments and mutual visits between the two countries, but these relations did not continue to normal status, but a set of reasons that led to change. The two countries' stance on many political issues and the region's past. The two sides discussed the economic relations between the two countries, focusing on the economic agreements and the volume of trade exchange between them
