إن هذا العمل يتمثل في مقالة علمية منشورة في مجلة الحقوق و العلوم الانسانية ، التي تعد مجلة فصلية دولية محكمة ، تصدر عن جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة ، دولة الجزائر، و هي عبارة عن دراسة سوسيوتنظيمية لظاهرة الانحراف الاداري ، حيث أنها تبحث و تركز على مجموع و مختلف العوامل الإدارية المؤثرة في السلوك الانحرافي الموظفيين العموميين العاملين على مستوى الادارات و المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية ، و الخاضعين لمنظومة الوظيفة العمومية الجزائرية ، حيث انها توصلت الى عدة نتائج ، و طرحت عدة توصيات منها : الاهتمام باخلاقيات الوظيفة العامة ، اشعار الموظف بالمسؤولية الملقاة عليه ، ..حث الجهات العلمية و البحثية بإجراء عدة دراسات عن الظاهرة و البحث في أسبابها.
