تناولت في هذا البحث منهج الشافعي رحمه الله في محتلف الحديث من خلال كتب الشافعي وبخاصة الرسالة واختلاف الحديث في الأم ، واستخلصت منهج الامام منها .
Abstract
In this research, I discussed the approach of Al-Shaafa'i (may Allaah have mercy on him) in the hadeeth of the hadeeth through Al-Shafi'i's books, especially the letter and the difference in the hadith.
