ركزت الدراسة بالتعريف بالإمام مالك كمحدث دار الهجرة وفقيهها، وبكتابه الموطأ، واستخلصت منهجه في كتابه بالمنهج الاستقرائي من خلال متنه ، وأخير توصلت أن الامام يجمع ما بين منهج المحدثين والفقهاء
Abstract
In this study, I was interested in the definition of Imam Malik as the speaker of Dar al-Hijra and its jurist, and in his book Al-Mawatta, and his method was derived in his book by the inductive method through his board. Finally, I found that the imam combines the approach of modernists and scholars.
