أن الثقافة عند الفلاسفة تُعرف .. بأنها تهذيب و صقل النفس البشرية، و هي مجموعة من السلوكيات التي يتم اتباعها لتقويم سلوك الأفراد و المجتمعات، و ذلك عن طريق العقائد و الثقافات المختلفة التي تهدف إلى تقويم و ضبط السلوك، و يتجلى المعنى الحقيقي للثقافة في ظهوره في الاعتقادات و الأفكار المتبعة من قبل الأفراد، و بالإضافة إلى سرعة البديهة في اتخاذ القرارات، و في تعبير الفرد عن نفسه بطريقةٍ سليمة، و أيضاً في المشاركة في الحديث و احترامِ الرأي الآخر.
Abstract
That the culture of philosophers is defined as the refinement and perfection of the human psyche, a set of behaviors that are followed to evaluate the behavior of individuals and communities, through different beliefs and cultures that aim to evaluate and control behavior, and reflects the true meaning of culture in His appearance in the beliefs and ideas followed by individuals, in addition to the speed of intuitive decision-making, and the expression of oneself in a proper manner, and also to participate in talking and respect the other opinion.
