إن مفهوم الثقافة العامة يلعب دوراً هاماً و حيوياً في العديد من العلوم الإنسانية المختلفة، و خصوصاً في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية، و في العلوم الأخرى أيضاً، و في كافة مجالات الحياة العقائدية، و السياسية، و الاجتماعية؛ بكل فروعها النفسية، و الأخلاقية، و السلوكية.
كما تهتم الثقافة أيضاً بالجوانب العلمية، و الأدبية، و الإدارية، و الفنية، و التي في جوهرها تتطلب البحث، و التنقيب من أجل المعرفة؛ بالإضافة إلى القدرات التي يكتسبها الإنسان بوصفه فرداً في المجتمع، و واجبه في تطوير قابليته في مجال الثقافة، و الفكر، و المعرفة، من أجل بلوغ التنمية المنشودة.
Abstract
The concept of public culture plays an important and vital role in many different humanities, especially in social sciences, in other sciences as well, and in all areas of ideological, political and social life; in all its branches of psychology, ethics, Behavior.
Culture is also concerned with the scientific, literary, administrative and artistic aspects, which in essence require research and exploration for knowledge; in addition to the abilities acquired by man as an individual in society, and his duty to develop his capacity in the field of culture, Thought, and knowledge, in order to achieve the desired development.
