للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور حول : مدى مساهمة المناخ الاستثماري في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. تم التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والمناخ الاستثماري. وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض المفاهيم المرتبطة بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومناخ الاستثمار، مع الاستعانة بمنهج دراسة الحالة لأننا بصدد تقييم المناخ الاستثماري للجزائر ودراسة أثره على تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المناخ الاستثماري السائد في الجزائر غير محفز لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، حيث لا يزال هذا الأخير ضعيفا بالمقارنة مع الإمكانيات الهائلة التي تزخر بها البلاد.
Abstract
To answer the problematic of the present study that focuses on: the extent to which the investment climate in attracting foreign direct investment. The various concepts related to foreign direct investment and the investment climate are surveyed. The descriptive analytical method was followed since it is appropriate to display the concepts that are associated with foreign direct investment and investment climate, a case study has been adopted because we are going to assess investment climate of Algeria and study its impact on the flow of foreign direct investment. The main results of this study are: the investment climate prevailing in Algeria is Non-catalyst to attract foreign direct investment, where the latter is still weak compared with the enormous possibilities of the country.
