Abstract: ان العمل المدرج في الاطروحة ھو محاولة لتطویر طرائق تحلیلیة جدیدة في تقدیر اربعة عقاقیر تنتمي الى فئات علاجیة مختلفة وھي: الفیوروسماید، الكاربامازابین، الدایازیبام والكارفیدیلول. الدراسة تضمنت تقدیر العقاقیر المدروسة بصیغھا النقیة ومستحضراتھا الصیدلانیة (حبوب – امبول – معلق فموي) بثلاثة طرائق وهي: HPLC و PLS-1 PLS-2 و مطيافية المشتقة .
Abstract: The work incorporated in the thesis is an attempt to develop new analytical methods for the determination of four medications belonging to different therapeutic groups namely; furosemide (FURO), carbamazepine (CARB), diazepam (DIAZ) and carvedilol (CARV). The study included the estimation of the studied drugs in their pure forms and in pharmaceutical formulations (tablets, ampoule and oral suspension via three methods which are: HPLC, PLS-1 and PLS-2 and finally via Derivative Spectrophotometry
