هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معالم سياسات التشغيل في الجزائر، إلى جانب إبراز أهم البرامج والإصلاحات التي قدمتها السلطات الحكومية في البلاد بغية تطوير ومواكبة هذه السياسات التشغيلية لتطلعات العاطلين عن العمل ومدى نجاعتها في التقليل من البطالة، هذا وحاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تقديم تقييم لهذه البرامج والآليات الإصلاحية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات الهدف منها تطوير وتحسين بيئة الشغل في الجزائر وأهمها تنظيم وتفعيل وتطوير أدوات التدخّل في سوق الشغل، تطوير مهام مؤسسات الوساطة الرسمية أي أنظمة التصرّف في سوق الشغل، وكذا توسيع شبكة الوساطة في سوق الشغل.
Abstract
This study aims to recognise the employment policies in Algeria, besides highlighting the most important programs and reforms introduced by State's governmental authorities, so as to develop And keep pace with these operational policies for the expectations of the unemployed, and to what extent they are efficient in reducing unemployment. We also tried through this study to evaluate these programs. This research has come up with a set of suggestions that aimed at developing and enhancing operational environment in Algeria, most importantly:
-Organizing, activating, and improving intervention tools in labour market.
-Developing the tasks of official mediation foundations. That is, conducting systems in occupation market as well as expanding the mediation network in labour market.
