تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجهود االستثمارية التي تبذلها الجزائر في مجال الطاقات المتجددة
باعتبارها من الطاقات البديلة التي تعتبر من المصادر الرئيسية للطاقة في العالم، كونها تلبي االحتياجات
المتزايدة لإلنسان وفي نفس الوقت تسمح بالوصول إلى استدامة بيئية في مركز
، وهو ما يصب مساعي تحقيق
التنمية المستدامة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تولي اهتمام باالستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة من
خالل إنشاء وتخطيط مشاريع استثمارية في هذا المجال، كون الطاقات المتجددة من بين الحلول المثلى لحسن
المزاوجة ما بين األهداف االقتصادية واالجتماعية والبيئية التي تنسج تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. حيث تعتمد
الجزائر على قطاع الطاقة في تمويل اقتصادها، وقد أوصت الدراسة في األخير بضرورة اإلسراع في وضع
إستراتيجية لالستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة لتهيئة البالد لمرحلة ما بعد النفط، خاصة في ظل ما تمتلكه من
مصادر طاقوية متجددة كالطاقة الشمسية والرياح والطاقة الحيوية والحرارية وغيرها، والتي تؤهلها ألن تكون بلدا
طاقويا بامتياز.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the investment efforts of Algeria in the field of renewable energy as one
of the alternative energies which is considered one of the major sources of energy in the world, as it
meets the increasing needs of human beings while at the same time allowing access to
environmental sustainability, which is at the center of efforts to achieve development The study
concluded that Algeria pays attention to investing in renewable energies through the establishment
and planning of investment projects in this field, as renewable energies are among the best solutions
for the good match between the economic and social goals and Environmental and sustainable
development. Where Algeria relies on the energy sector to finance its economy. The study
recommended the need to accelerate the development of a strategy to invest in renewable energies
to prepare itself for the post-oil era, especially under the renewable energy sources such as solar
energy, wind, bio and thermal energy and others, To be an energy-rich country.
