هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر استخدام اليدويات في الرياضيات في تنمية مهارات الحس العددي لدى أطفال الروضة، و استخدم الباحثان المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طفلًا في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2018/ 2019، واختيرت المدرسة قصدياً، واختار الباحثان المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة عشوائيًا، وطُبِق الاختبار على عينة استطلاعية تكونت من ( 20) طفلاً من خارج عينة الدراسة، وحُسِبَ ثبات الاختبار باستخدام طريقة الاتساق الداخلي بمعادلة الفا كرونباخ وكان ( (0.896 وبينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (≤ 0.05 α ) بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية التي درست الرياضيات باليدويات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات الحس العددي ولصالح التطبيق البعدي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية أن تعلم الرياضيات باليدويات يحسِّن مهارات الحس العددي في الرياضيات ككل، ويحسِّن كل مهارة فرعية من المهارات التناظر الأحادي، الأعداد من 1-10 ومدلولاتها، المقارنة، الترتيب التصاعدي، عملية الجمع.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to reveal and identify the effect of using manipulatives in mathematics on improving the number sense skills in kindergarten children.
The researchers used the semi-experimental method. The purposive sample consisted of (60) children in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The researchers selected the experimental and control groups randomly. The test is applied to a sample of 20 children from outside the study sample. The stability of the test is calculated using the internal consistency method of the Alpha Kronbach equation and it was 0.896 .
The results of the study shows that there are statistically significant differences at the mean level (0.05 0.05 α) between the mean scores of the experimental group that studied the mathematics in manipulatives before and after the test. It also shows that learning mathematics by manipulatives improves number sense skills in mathematics as a whole and improves each subtraction of the skills of mono-symmetry, numbers 1-10 and their meanings, comparison, ascending order and addition skills.
