تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة غسيل الأموال عبر ألعاب الفيديو، فتبدأ أولًا باستعراض سريع للإطار النظري لغسيل الأموال من حيث التعريف وأهم التشريعات والجهود الدولية لمحاربة غسيل الأموال، والآثار الاقتصادية المترتبة على غسيل الأموال. تنتقل الدراسة بعد ذلك إلى التعريف بالأشكال الجديدة لغسيل الأموال في العالم الرقمي. ثم يعرض المحور الثالث لظاهرة غسيل الأموال عبر ألعاب الفيديو Video Games، فيبدأ باستعراض أهم الأرقام والإحصاءات حول صناعة ألعاب الفيديو، تمهيدًا للتعرف على أبرز أساليب غسيل الأموال عبر هذه الألعاب.
Abstract
This study examines the phenomenon of money laundering through video games. It begins with a quick review of the theoretical framework of money laundering in terms of definition, the most important legislation and international efforts to combat money laundering and the economic impact of money laundering. The study then proceeds to introduce new forms of money laundering in the digital world. Then the third axis of the phenomenon of money laundering through video games, Video Games, begins to review the most important figures and statistics on the video game industry, in order to identify the most prominent methods of money laundering through these games.
