جاءت هذه الوقة متناولةً لموضوع التعايش السلمي المشترك مع الآخر مسلم كان أم غير مسلم، من خلال وثيقة المدينة التي تعتبر أول دستور مدني، نظم العلاقات بين السلطة وأفراد المجتمع من جهه، وبين أفراد المجتمع فيما بينهم من جهة أخرى. تهدف الورقة إلى: بيان دور الإسلام الرائد في إرساء مبدأ التعايش الإنساني المشترك. اتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي التحليلي. وخلصنا فيها إلى: إن العلاقات الإنسانية في الاسلام تقوم على أساس الاعتراف بالآخر – بغض النظر عن دينه، وعرقه، ومعتقده- من منطلق؛ وحدة النفس البشرية، وحرية الاعتقاد، وتحقيق السلم والعدالة والمساواة للجميع، سعياً لبناء مجتمع صالح متماسك قادر على أن يقوم بمهمة عمارة الأرض التي استخلفه الله عز وجل فيها.
Abstract
This Research deals with the peaceful coexistence with the others, Muslim or non-Muslim, through the document of Madina ; which is the first civil constitution that organized the relations between the authorities and the society on the one hand, and the members of the society among themselves on the other hand. The research aims to demonstrate the role of Islam in establishing the principles of human coexistence. The research followed the analytical historical approach. We concluded that the Human relations in Islam are based on the recognition of the other, regardless of religion, race, and belief, on the basis of the unity of the human soul, freedom of belief and the achievement of peace, justice and equality for all in order to build a cohesive society capable of developing the life on earth, as vicegerent of Allah.
