تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس الدور الوسيط لحوكمة المؤسسات الجامعية في العلاقة بين تدقيق الجودة وضمان جودة التعليم العالي، وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من أساتذة وإداري جامعة أدرار، ولأجل ذلك تم استخدام تحليل المسار بطريقة المربعات الجزئية الصغرى حزمة PLSPM في R. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك تأثيرات معنوية مباشرة وغير مباشرة بين تدقيق الجودة وضمان جودة التعليم العالي والذي يمر عبر الحوكمة بلغ 0.649، وأن الحوكمة تلعب دور وسيط جزئياً في علاقة التأثير بين تدقيق الجودة وضمان جودة التعليم العالي في جامعة أدرار، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل متطلبات تطبيق الحوكمة في جامعة أدرار.
Abstract
his study aims at measuring the intermediate role of the governance
of university institutions in the relationship between quality auditing and
quality assurance of higher education, by applying to a sample of professors
and administrators of the university of Adrar, for this reason the path analysis
was used in the sub-squares method PLSPM Packges in R.
The study found that there is a direct and indirect effect between the
quality audit and the quality assurance of higher education which passes
through the governance of 0.649, and that the role of governance plays a
partial role in the relation between the quality audit and quality assurance of
higher education at the university of Adrar, the study recommended the need
to activate the requirements of the application of governance at the university
of Adrar.
