عنوان المقالة:استخدام بعض المستخلصات المائية الباردة لنبات الزعفران والكركم والبابونج في تصبيع الديدان الشريطية المعزولة من طيور الفاختة Using of some cold water plant extracts of sativus Crocus, Curcuma longa and Matricaria chamomilla in staining of Cestods Isolation from Streptopelia decaocto.
أجريت هذه الدراسة لاختبار كفاءة مستخلصات الماء البارد لنباتات الكركم والزعفران والبابونج في تصبيغ الشريطيات المعزولة من الحمام البري. اشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى مستخلصات المياه الباردة من الزعفران والكركم كانت هي الأفضل في تصبيغ الديدان ، كما اشارت النتائج الى ان مستخلص نبات البابونج لا يعطي نتائج إيجابية في تصبيغها.
Abstract
This study was carried out for testing the efficient of cold water plant extracts of Sativus Crocus, Curcuma longa and Matricaria chamomilla in staining the tegument of Cestods Isolation from Streptopelia decaocto.The results of this study reported to the cold water extracts of Crocus sativus and Curcum longa were the best in staining of helminthes ,where their the Matricaria chamomilla doesn’t give positive results in staining.
