هدفت هذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير عقار الميبيندازول على أمعاء الفئران Swissair من سلالة Balb / C. تم استخدام عشر إناث من الفئران والتي تراوحت (5-7) أسابيع في العمر ومن (20- + 1) جم في الوزن ، والتي وزعت بالتساوي على مجموعتين (5 حيوانات في كل مجموعة). كانت المجموعة الأولى قد عولجت بتركيز 40 ميلي غرام لكل كيلوغرام من دواء الميبيندازول ، المجموعة الثانية اعطيت الماء المقطر كمجموعة سيطرة ، تم تلقي كل حيوان المادة المختبرة عن طريق الفم مرتين جرعات يومية (0.2 مل) من كل جرعة: في الصباح والمساء لمدة 21 يوما. تم إيواء الحيوانات تحت ظروف مماثلة ومعيارية من درجة الحرارة والضوء والغذاء والماء خلال فترة التجربة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة النسيجية لأمعاء الفئران إلى أن هناك تضخمًا في خلايا الكأس ، والتي كان بعضها منفجرا ، وأيضًا تضخم حجم رقع البير.
Abstract
The aim of this study to know the effect of mebendazol drug on intestine of mice Swissair from Balb /C strain . Ten female of mice were used which were ranged (5-7)weeks in age and from (20-+1) gm in weight ,which were equally distributed to two groups (5 animals in each group). The first group was administrated the concentration 40 mg/kg of the mebendazol drug, the second group administrated distilled water as a control group , each animal were received the tested substance orally twice daily doses (0.2 ml ) of each dose :in morning and evening for 21 day. The animals were housed under similar and standard condition of temperature ,light, food and water during experiment period. The results of histological study of intestine of mice indicated there are enlargement of Goblet cell, which some of them were rapture , also ,pyre s patches size were enlarged.
