يعد التنوع الاثني والعرقي من أهم مميزات المنطقة الإفريقية (ويقصد به التنوع والاختلافات الدينية والعرقية ) مما شكل أزمة هوية داخل الكثير من الدول الإفريقية نتيجة ممارسات الدولة ضد إثنية معينة أو قومية، أو رغبة هذه الأخيرة في الانفصال وتشكيل دولة مستقلة ، مما يقود إلى حروب أهلية وتفكيك العديد من الدول مثلما حدث في السودان وانفصال اريتريا عن إثيوبيا وغيرها وحتى بعدما تتم عملية الانفصال فإن النزاع بين الطرفين يبقى مستمرا ، مما ينعكس على استقرار المنطقة ومن ثمة صعوبة تحقيق التنمية بها ولعل هذه الأزمات التي يخلقها هذا التعدد الاثني والعرقي وهذا الصراع بين هذه الطوائف يشكل أهم عائق أمام استقرار المنطقة وتحقيق التنمية بها كون عامل الاستقرار يعد من المحددات المهمة لعملية التنمية.
Abstract
Ethnic and ethnic diversity is one of the most important characteristics of the African region, and it is the result of a variety of ethnic and religious differences. This constitutes an identity crisis in many African countries as a result of the state's practices against certain ethnic or national groups. And the dismantling of many countries, such as in Sudan, Eritrea's secession from Ethiopia and others, even after the disengagement process, the conflict between the two sides is continuing, which is reflected on the stability of the region and hence difficult to achieve development and perhaps these crises created by this ethnic and ethnic diversity and this Shepherd among these communities is the most important obstacle to the region's stability and development by the fact that the stability factor is one of the important determinants of the development process
