اهتم هذا البحث بتحليل طبيعة العلاقة المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية وتنمية الإبداع التنظيمي من خلال عمليات إدارة المعرفة كمتغير وسيط في البنوك التجارية اليمنية، ولتحقيق ذلك، فقد تم اختيار عينة قوامها 335 مدير، في المراكز الرئيسة للبنوك التجارية، وكافة الفروع التي تقع في أمانة العاصمة صنعاء، ومحافظة تعز، ومحافظة إب، وذلك باستخدام قائمة استقصاء لجمع البيانات الأولية اللازمة لذلك. وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة معنوية مباشرة بين ممارسة استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية في البنوك التجارية محل الدراسة وتنمية الإبداع التنظيمي، ووجود علاقة معنوية غير مباشرة بين ممارسة استراتيجيات إدارة الموارد البشرية في البنوك التجارية محل الدراسة وتنمية الإبداع التنظيمي من خلال عمليات إدارة المعرفة كمتغير وسيط.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between strategy of human resource management and the development of organizational innovation through operations of knowledge management as mediating variable in Yemeni commercial banks. To achieve this objective, the study conducts a survey (questionnaire) for a sample of 335 managers in the main centers and branches of the commercial banks that are located in the capital city and some other cities of Yemen, which including Sana'a, Taiz, and Ibb. The study’s findings show that the exercise of strategy of human resource management in the commercial banks has a significant direct relationship with the development of organizational innovation. The study also finds that the operations of knowledge management in the banks create indirect significant association between the strategy of human resource management and the development of organizational innovation in the mentioned banks.
