ناحول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الأرشيف الجزائري المرحل الى فرنسا والدور الذي يلعبه في كتابة وإعادة صياغة تاريخ الجزائر، ومطالبة الجزائر بحقها المشروع في استرجاع أرشيفها من خلال المواثيق الدولية والقانون الدولي وتمسك الدولة الفرنسية به بإعتباره جزءا من سيادتها ، وأيضا تسليط الضوء على أهم الأسباب التي تجعل فرنسا ترفض إرجاع الأرشيف الذي هربته عشية يوم الاإستقلال للدولة الجزائرية أو حتى فتحة للإطلاع أمام عامة الجمهور.
Abstract
We want to highlight on the Algerian Archive that was take by force to France, and it's role in writing and rephrase the history of Algeria, and the right of demanding the archive by Algeria throu the international pacts and laws. And the government of France is still holding on considering it a part its sovereignt. As well shinig the light on the most important reasons that makes France refuse to give back the Archive that was smuggled the evening of the independence of the Algerian government or even make it open to the public.
