هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح التداعيات الاقتصادية لهجرة الشباب الفلسطيني، ومناقشة وتحليل هجرة الشباب الفلسطيني وعلاقتها بالتنمية، والتعرف على أوضاع الشباب في فلسطين ودورهم في بناء المؤسسات، وتقديم توصيات لتمكين الشباب في المجتمع الفلسطيني وتحسين أوضاعهم في مجال المشاركة والإصلاح في العملية الاقتصادية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه على الرغم من الآثار الإيجابية لهجرة الشباب الفلسطيني من خلال الاستفادة من التحويلات المالية التي يرسلها المهاجرين لذويهم، إلا أن هجرة الشباب لا تزال مشكلة حقيقية تواجه التنمية في فلسطين، نتيجة أن الهجرة وخاصة هجرة الشباب تسبب خسارة أهم عنصر من عناصر التنمية وهم الشباب، وبالتالي فإن هجرة الشباب تعني هدر الطاقات والكفاءات، وهذا الهدر له آثاره على بناء المجتمع وتنميته.
Abstract
The study aimed to clarify the economic consequences of the migration of young Palestinians, and discussing and analyzing the Palestinian youth migration and its relationship to development, and to identify the situation of young people in Palestine and their role in institution-building, and to make recommendations to empower young people in the Palestinian society and improve their situation in the field of participation and reform in the economic process.
The study found that in spite of the positive effects of the migration of Palestinian youth by taking advantage of remittances by immigrants to their families, but the migration of young people is still a real problem facing the development in Palestine, as a result of that migration, particularly migration of young people has caused the loss of the most important element of development they are young, so the migration of young people means a waste of energy and talent, and this waste has its effects on the community building and development.
