هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل ومناقشة الخطط والبرامج التنموية التي قامت بإعدادها السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية لمواجهة المشاكل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تواجهها.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستقبل التنمية الحقيقية والمستدامة في فلسطين مرهون بزوال الاحتلال الإسرائيلي والتحكم بالموارد الطبيعية التي يمتلكها الاقتصاد الفلسطيني، والتي بدونها يبقى رهيناً للمساعدات الخارجية والعجز الدائم في الموازنة وبالتالي بطء عملية التنمية.
Abstract
The study aimed to analyze and discuss the development plans and programs that were prepared by the Palestinian National Authority to confront the economic and social problems facing it.
The study concluded that the future of real and sustainable development in Palestine depends on the demise of the Israeli occupation and control of the natural resources that the Palestinian economy possesses, without which it remains a hostage to foreign aid and a permanent deficit in the budget and thus slow the development process.
