الملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور سياسات الاختيار والتعيين في تحقيق جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية في جنوب الضفة الغربية. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) أكاديمي، واستخدمت استبانة مكونة من (46) فقرة منها (22) فقرة لقياس واقع سياسات الاختيار والتعيين و(24) فقرة لقياس جودة التعليم. أشارت النتائج أن واقع سياسات الاختيار والتعيين متوسطاً، بينما جودة التعليم كان مرتفعة، وتبين دور قوي لسياسات الاختيار والتعيين في تحقيق جودة التعليم، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة في دور سياسات الاختيار والتعيين في تحقيق جودة التعليم لمتغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص، وسنوات الخدمة، ونوع الجامعة) في حين تبين وجود فروق دالة وفقاً لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية، ولصالح محاضر، وأستاذ مساعد. وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، منها: (أن تعمل الجامعات الفلسطينية على تعديل سياسات الاختيار والتعيين المعمول بها باستمرار، وبشكل يتلاءم مع احتياجات الجامعات، ويواكب التطورات العلمية المستمرة)
Abstract
Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of selection and appointment policies in achieving educational quality from the viewpoint of faculty members in Palestinian Universities in Southern West Bank. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The sample of the study consisted of (60) academics, a questionnaire consisting of (46) items was used, including (22) items for selection and appointment policies, (24) items for the quality of education. The results indicated that the reality of selection and appointment policies is medium, while the quality of education was high, a strong role for selection and appointment policies in achieving quality of education. there were no significant differences in the role of selection and appointment policies in achieving quality education according to variables:(gender, qualification, specialization , Years of service, and type of University), while there were significant differences according to the variable of academic rank, in favor of a lecturer, and assistant professor. The study came out with a number of recommendations, including: (That Palestinian universities work to constantly modify the selection and appointment policies in effect, in a manner that is appropriate to the needs of universities, and to keep pace with ongoing scientific developments).
