هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التجارة الخارجية الفلسطينية المصرية وبحث السبل حول إمكانية زيادة حجم التبادل التجاري الفلسطيني مع مصر في ظل الواقع الحالي والتحديات والمعوقات التي تحول دون تطور التبادل التجاري مع مصر بسبب سيطرة وهيمنة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على التجارة الخارجية واستمرار سياسة فرض الحصار والاغلاق للمعابر والمنافذ الدولية.
وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من السياسات والتدخلات الاقتصادية لإمكانية لزيادة حجم التبادل التجاري مع مصر ترتكز على تبني سياسات اقتصادية وتجارية لمواجهة الهيمنة الإسرائيلية على التجارة الخارجية وإزالة العوائق التجارية (الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية) وغير التجارية.
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of Palestinian-Egyptian foreign trade and discuss ways on the possibility of increasing the volume of Palestinian trade exchange with Egypt in light of the current reality and the challenges and obstacles that prevent the development of trade exchange with Egypt due to the domination and domination of the Israeli occupation on foreign trade and the continuation of the policy of imposing the siege and closure of crossings and ports International.
The study presented a set of economic policies and interventions for the possibility of increasing the volume of trade exchange with Egypt based on adopting economic and trade policies to confront the Israeli hegemony on foreign trade and remove trade obstacles (taxes and customs duties) and non-trade.
