يمثل العلم والبحث العلمي وتطبيقاته- بكل نواحيها - دوراً مهماً في تطور ورفاهية المجتمعات، ويمكن اعتبار إجراء البحوث العلمية مقياساً لتقدم الدول ونموها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والتقني، وهذا يجعلها تتفوق عسكرياً وتكثر مساهماتها الثقافية والعلمية في الحضارة الإنسانية.
وقد شكل الإسلام منذ بداياته الأولى إطاراً مميزاً في هذا الاتجاه، فهو يشمل كل مجالات الحياة الدنيوية والأخروية، حيث يرتبط عضوياً بالدولة والسياسة والقانون والمجتمع، ويكتنف الحياة العامة والخاصة، الأمر الذي يجعله إطاراً ملائماً لدفع التنمية الشاملة والمتواصلة.
Abstract
Science and scientific research and its applications - in all its aspects - represent an important role in the development and welfare of societies, and conducting scientific research can be considered a measure of the progress of countries and their social, economic and technical growth, and this makes them excel militarily and increase their cultural and scientific contributions to human civilization.
From its early beginnings, Islam has formed a distinct framework in this direction, as it encompasses all areas of worldly and eschatological life, as it is organically linked to the state, politics, law, and society, and encompasses public and private life, which makes it an appropriate framework to advance comprehensive and continuous development.
