يتصف المجتمع العراقي بتنوعه القومي والديني ، فالعرب والأكراد والتركمان والارمن مكونات أساسية ؛ ومع هذا التنوع القومي يوجد تنوع ديني مثل الإسلام والمسيحية واليزيدية والصابئة . ولقد رافق هذا التنوع القومي والديني ، تنوع سياسي ، فكان أن تعددت الأحزاب والمنظمات السياسية المعبرة عن ذلك التنوع .
إن من الطبيعي أن ينعكس التنوع الاجتماعي أعلاه في ولاءات الإنسان العراقي . فبدلاً من أن يتوجه بولائه نحو الوطن الأكبر ؛ فان عدداً مهما من الناس ربما توجهت ولاءاتهم نحو الدين أو الطائفة الدينية أو القومية أو الأسرة أو العشيرة ...... الخ التي ينتمي إليها ، فيضعف بالنتيجة الشعور بالمواطنة لديه . وهكذا فان التحقق من القضية أعلاه يمثل المشكلات الأساسية لهذا البحث ، حيث يستقرأ طبيعة الشعور بالمواطنة لدى طلبة الجامعة .
Abstract
Iraqi society is characterized by its national and religious diversity, as Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen and Armenians are essential components; and with this national diversity there is a religious diversity such as Islam, Christianity, Yazidi and Sabeans. Political and religious diversity accompanied this political diversity, so there was a multiplicity of political parties and organizations expressing that diversity.
It is natural that the social diversity above is reflected in the loyalties of the Iraqi people. Instead of turning his allegiance towards the larger homeland, an important number of people may have directed their loyalties towards religion, religious or national sect, family or clan ...... etc. to which he belongs, and consequently weakens his sense of citizenship. Thus, checking the issue above represents the main problems of this research, as it explores the nature of the sense of citizenship among university students.
