يتناول هذا البحث موضوع استراتيجية تطوير مصالح الأرشيف، على اعتبار أن القيام بأي عمل أو مهنة يتطلب وضع استراتيجية واضحة المعالم قبل الشروع في هذا العمل أو المهنة، وعادة ما ترتكز هذه الاستراتيجية على رؤية واضحة من خلال التشخيص والدراسة المعمقة لواقع هذه المهنة في الميدان، ومن ثم تحديد الأهداف والإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها عبر مراحل زمنية محددة، وقد تم اختيار مصلحة أرشيف جامعة الإخوة منتوري بقسنطينة كميدان لهذا البحث، لمحاولة التعرف على استراتيجية تطوير مصلحة الأرشيف بهذه الجامعة، وأهم المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجية، فضلا عن الآفاق المستقبلية لمصلحة الأرشيف في ظل محيطها المؤسساتي والعام.
Abstract
This research deals with the topic of the strategy for developing archive services, considering that carrying out any work or profession requires setting a clear-cut strategy before embarking on this work or profession, and this strategy usually is based on a clear vision through diagnosis and an in-depth study of the reality of this profession in the field, and from Then defining the goals and procedures to be taken through specific time stages, and the Archives Department of the Brotherhood University Mentouri in Constantine was chosen as the field for this research, to try to identify the strategy for developing the archive interest in this university, and the most important obstacles facing the implementation of this strategy, as well as prospects for For the future in the service of the archive in light of its institutional and public environment.
