لقد خلّف الحصار الإسرائيلي الكثير من الآثار المدمرة على واقع ومستقبل الشباب في قطاع غزة، ويعتبر السبب الأول في ارتفاع معدلات البطالة ووصولها إلى معدلات غير مسبوقة والتي تعتبر في ذات الوقت أحد المعضلات الصعبة التي تتضاعف تداعياتها الخطيرة بالذات على فئة الشباب.
وعليه، ترصد الورقة تداعيات الحصار الإسرائيلي على واقع ومستقبل الشباب، وتقدم مجموعة من السياسات والتدخلات المطلوبة لمواجهة الحصار من جهة وتمكين الشباب اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وسياسياً.
Abstract
The Israeli blockade has had many devastating effects on the reality and future of youth in the Gaza Strip, and it is considered the first reason for the high rates of unemployment and for reaching unprecedented rates, which are at the same time one of the difficult dilemmas whose repercussions are particularly serious for the youth category.
Accordingly, the paper monitors the repercussions of the Israeli blockade on the reality and future of youth, and presents a set of policies and interventions required to confront the embargo on the one hand and empower the youth economically, socially and politically.
