هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء أنموذج مقترح لتطبيق أدوات الإدارة الاستراتيجية ومراحلها في الجامعات؛ وذلك من خلال التعرف على أدوات الإدارة الاستراتيجية ومراحلها ونماذجها وتحليلها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر أسلوبي الاستنباط والاستقراء؛ حيث استخدم التحليل الاستنباطي في مراجعة الأطر النظرية والأدبيات السابقة المتعلقة بنماذج أدوات ومراحل الإدارة الاستراتيجية وتحليلها. أما التحليل الاستقرائي فتم استخدامه في استكمال الجانب النظري لأدوات الإدارة الاستراتيجية، وفي بناء الأنموذج المقترح. وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج؛ أبرزها: بناء أنموذج لأدوات الإدارة الاستراتيجية ومراحلها، يمكن تطبيقه أثناء إعداد الاستراتيجيات من قبل الجامعات والباحثين والمتخصصين في مجال الإدارة الاستراتيجية.
Abstract
Abstract: This paper aimed at building a proposed model for implementing strategic management tools and their stages in universities through identifying and analyzing strategic management tools, stages and models. The descriptive method was used through induction and deduction approaches. The deductive analysis was used to review and analyze theoretical frameworks and previous literature on tools and stages of strategic management. Inductive analysis was used to supplement theoretical aspect of strategic management tools and to build the proposed model. The paper was concluded with a number of results, most notably, building a model of strategic management tools and their stages, which can be applied during preparing strategies by universities, researchers and specialists in the field of strategic management.
