إن جودة الموارد البشرية في وقتنا المعاصر تحتاج إلى أشخاص مؤهلين أكاديميا وميدانيا لتحقيق النجاح في العمل، غير أن الواقع يقول أن التكوين الجامعي هو الأكثر انتشارا مقارنة بالتكوين الميداني وخاصة في بعض التخصصات العلمية كالعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، مما يجعل الطالب المتخرج من هذين التخصصين ناقص الخبرة خاصة إذا لم يقم بأي تربص علمي خلال فترة دراسته الجامعية.
هنا تبرز أهمية التكوين الجامعي المميز والتربص الميداني الناجح للطلبة في العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية، وأهميتهما في الارتقاء بمستوى الخريجين في هذين التخصصين المعرفيين.
Abstract
The quality of human resources in our time requires people who are academically and practically qualified to succeed in work. However, the reality is that academic training is the most widespread compared to field training, especially in some scientific disciplines such as humanities and social sciences. The fact that makes the student graduated from these two disciplines less experienced; especially if he did not do any scientific training during the period of university studies. In this respect academic training and successful fieldwork for students in the humanities and social sciences are of great importance in enhancing the level of graduates in these two disciplines.
