Abstract: النقطة التي ينتهي عندها المؤرخ هي البداية بالنسة للفيلسوف التاريخ في بحثه ونتائج الؤرخ هي مقدمات البحث عند فيلسوف التاريخ. عمليه الانتقال من التاريخ الى فلسفه التاريخ. توصلنا الى النتائج الكليه و هي عمليه انتقال من المجسد للمجرد ومن الجزءي الى الكلي و من التجارب الجزئية الى الخبرة. اذا فلسفه التاريخ هي الخبره .هي الحكمه والفائده التي نجنيها من مفوضى الوقائع التي لا رابط بينها.
Abstract: The point at which the historian ends is the beginning for the philosopher of history in its purest and the results of the historian are the precursors of research when the philosopher of history. The process of transition from history to philosophy of history, we reached the total results, a process of transition from the embodiment of the simple and partial to macro and from partial experiments to experience. If the philosophy of history is .experience, it is the wisdom and benefit we derive from the chaos of facts that have no connection between them
