ملخص: ظهرت البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في السبعينات من القرن الماضي على يد العالمين الامريكين الدكتور جون غرندر و ريتشارد باندرا تعتمد على مقاربة بين برمجة الكمبيوتر و برمجة الانسان، في مجال العلاجات النفسية كتقنية ترمي لتطوير قدرات الفرد، وايجاد وسيلة لتغييرها و الوصول بالفرد الى ان يؤثر و يقنع. لكن الإشكال هو لما يتم الايحاء السلبي لطريقة التفكير عن طريقة صيغة الاتصال البشري بشبكة الإنترنت ضمن العالم الافتراضي وفق مؤشرات الهندسة النفسية كأداة رئيسية لتنفيذ الجريمة. ويكون هذا الانتهاك الغير الأخلاقي لغايات محدّدة، وما يُطلق عليها أيضاً مسمى جرائم الإنترنت الشخصية، والتي تقتضي الحصول بطريقة غير شرعية على هوية الأفراد وتسلب إرادتهم.

Abstract : Neuro linguistic programming emerged in the seventies of the last century by American pioneers who made Dr. j. Grinder and R. Bandler depend on the approach between computer programming and human programming in the field of psychotherapy, this technique which aims to develop the abilities of the individual, to find the means that allow their change and bring the individual to influence and convince, but the confusion when it is misused by the negative suggestion on how to think with the human Internet formula in the virtual world according to the psychological engineering indicators as a key tool for the implementation crime "cybercrime". This violation of others and be ethical for specific purposes, and also called the name of personal Internet crime, which requires to illegally obtain on the identity of people and steal his will.
